Abstract

Today's church still maintains the tradition that women are still unable to take part in church services. Of coursethis is a problem that the church must be open-minded in the changing times. Opportunities must be opened wide for women who want to serve in the church. Don't just be used as a reserve. The focus of this study is to see and explore the context of the problem of women being less interested in serving in patriarchal churches. The method used by the researcher takes the theory of Sugiyono, a descriptive qualitative method where data is presented in the form of words and then narrated accurately and precisely. The result of the analysis is that patriarchal churches in this modern era must open themselves up by giving women the opportunity to contribute widely in ministry.
